The Mexican Space Agency (AEM) launches today, thursday, december 5, 2019, at 11:00 a.m., the AztechSat-1 nano-satellite, the first nano-satellite built in Mexico.
400 photos, for 11 minutes, was what was required to obtain this time-lapse image of Earth and stars from the International Space Station over Namibia and the the Red Sea. NASA astronaut Christina Koch captured these images.
Last week the team led by astronomer Scott S. Sheppard of the Carnegie Institute of Science discovered 20 new satellites in orbit around the planet Saturn. With this discovery the planet now has 82 known moons.
